Refund policy

We accept returns for a refund, exchange, or store credit on unworn items in original condition.

To arrange a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your parcel at hello@simplyprovincial.com.au, including your order number and reason for return. Returns lodged after 14 days from delivery will not be accepted.

Returned items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In original condition
• Free from pet hair, odours (including perfume or smoke), or marks
• Neatly folded and returned in original packaging
• With all tags attached

Once your return has been received and approved, you may choose between:

• A refund to your original payment method
• An exchange for another size or style (subject to availability)
• Store credit for the item value, valid for 12 months

Please note

• Clearance items are final and cannot be returned, exchanged, or credited
• Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Due to the handmade nature of our garments, small variations in stitching, colour, or print placement are not considered faults.

Faulty items

If your item arrives with a fault, please contact us as soon as possible.
