Shipping policy

We take care to prepare each parcel thoughtfully, packaging it with attention to detail from our studio on the Sunshine Coast, QLD. Orders are usually dispatched within 2–3 business days.

Standard Shipping: $10

Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Express Shipping: $15

Estimated delivery within 1–2 business days after dispatch.

Complimentary shipping offered for Australian orders of $200 and over.

All orders are sent via Australia Post with full tracking. You’ll receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is placed and another with your tracking number as soon as it’s on its way.

International Shipping

New Zealand: $20 AUD (4 - 7 Business days)

United States: $20 USD (For USA only – taxes and duties will be pre-paid by us.) 5–9 business days.

United Kingdom: £18 (4 - 7 business days)

Canada: 28 CAD (7 - 11 business days)

Spain, Portugal, Italy, France, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Ireland, Estonia, Finland, Norway, Slovakia, Sweden, Switzerland, Denmark: €21 (7 - 14 business days)

All international parcels are shipped via Australia Post International Standard with tracking. Delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs processing.

Please note that import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping rate.
