Simply Provincial offers small-batch garments created with care and attention to detail. Due to the nature of our production, slight variations in colour, texture, or stitching may occur. These are not considered faults but part of the unique character of each piece.

We strive to ensure that product descriptions, pricing, and availability are accurate, but occasional errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies, change pricing, or update information without prior notice.

All products are subject to availability. Because we create in small batches, we cannot always restock identical items once sold out. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (for example, if we suspect fraudulent activity).

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Payment must be received in full before your order is dispatched. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time without notice.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind. However, we are happy to offer an exchange or store credit for eligible returns lodged within 7 days of receiving your parcel. Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Further details can be found in our Returns Policy.

We dispatch orders from the Sunshine Coast, QLD, Australia. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and external courier services. We are not responsible for any delays once items have been shipped.
